Mr. Pierce graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University and finished in the top third of his class at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006. After setting his sights on the public defenders’ office and receiving several offers from across the state, Mr. Pierce decided on Broward County, home of the largest accredited sheriff’s office because he has never been one to back away from a challenge! After nearly two years with the public defender’s office, Mr. Pierce built an impressive trial resume while earning countless dismissals and negotiating hundreds of plea deals.
Attorney Pierce now focuses his attention on the rights of individuals injured because of another’s negligence. He brings with him to Rubenstein Law over three years of personal injury litigation experience and he currently represents victims of all types of accidents and wrongful death. Mr. Pierce is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and he is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Miami-Dade Justice Association and Broward County Justice Association.
Mr. Pierce’s devotion to his clients is rivaled only by his desire to protect the rights we all share under the United States Constitution.
