Alan Lani
Alan Lani joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A., and concentrates his practice in personal injury.
Mr. Lani graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1998 where he was named Regents' Scholar . He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky in 2001. Mr. Lani is licensed to practice in Florida, Kentucky and Tennessee, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and Middle District of Tennessee.
Mr. Lani was a Senior Staff Attorney to the Kentucky Court of Appeals. While with the State of Tennessee, he served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
He is a member of the US Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims, American Association for Justice, State and Federal Bars For Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida.
