Marcos Garcia joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A., in 2011. His practice centers on auto accident claims for bodily injury, personal injury protection, insurance litigation, and premises liability claims.

Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Florida International University. While at Florida International University, Mr. Garcia served as a student government representative and as the Vice-President of the Cuban-American Law Society. Also while at Florida International University, Mr. Garcia was on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of a C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award and Book Award for his performance in Health Law & Policy.”

Marcos Garcia is a member of the Florida Bar, the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, and the Cuban American Bar Association.
