Jordan M. Kirby
Jordan M. Kirby joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A., in 2010. Mr. Kirby concentrates his practice in serious injury and wrongful death matters arising out of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, and products liability.
Mr. Kirby graduated from the Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Communication Studies (double major). He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC. While at the University of North Carolina, Mr. Kirby served as the Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and as a member of the Holderness Moot Court Environmental Appellate Advocacy Team.
Mr. Kirby is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
