Rafael J. Solernou, Jr. joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A. in 2009. Mr. Solernou practices in the field of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability cases, and other negligence cases.

Mr. Solernou graduated from Florida International University College of Law, where he was an active participant in the Negotiation Team, and competed in the ABA Regional Negotiations Competition. During his undergraduate career, Mr. Solernou attended Florida International University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from University of South Florida.

Although born in Chicago, Mr. Solernou was raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish. In his spare time, Mr. Solernou participates in and coaches various team sports.
