Rebecca A. Whitt joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A. in 2010. Her practice centers on nursing home abuse and neglect, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, and negligence claims. Ms. Whitt also facilitates co–counsel relationships between the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A. and other law firms.

Ms. Whitt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. During her law school career, Ms. Whitt was an active member of the Saint Thomas School of Law Moot Court Team. She was also the recipient of the Book Award for her work in Advanced Legal Research and Writing.

Ms. Whitt is a member of the Florida Bar and is currently licensed to practice law before all Florida state courts.
