Eric Shapiro joined the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A., in 1998. His practice centers on auto accident claims for bodily injury, personal injury protection, insurance litigation, and premises liability claims.

Mr. Shapiro is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Association for Justice and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Shapiro earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1994. In 1991, he was granted a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior Management from the University of Michigan.
